Sarah trained at Hornsby TAFE, Alexander Mackie College in Sydney and Claremont School of Art in Perth. She has participated in many solo and group shows in NSW, including Holdsworth Galleries and in WA. She has won many art prizes and commendations and her work hangs in a number of Council Chambers, Galleries and private collections. Jo has been a guest lecturer and teacher at public and Regional art galleries, colleges and tertiary institutions for many years and is an experienced art writer being widely published and reproduced. She has also worked as a Fine Art consultant for auction house ‘Joel Fine Art’. Jo has had many years of solo exhibitions of her work in Australia, including several Regional Art Galleries, hundreds of group exhibitions and many private and public collections both nationally and internationally. Her work is currently represented by Tim Olsen Galleries in Sydney, and Melbourne Art Rooms (MARS Gallery) in Melbourne. She is currently undertaking a four year project as ‘Expedition Artist’ with “Australian Desert Expeditions” working with the SA Museum, National Museum of Australia and National Portrait Gallery, a group of writers, scientists and historians on archeological, anthropological and indigenous research in the Simpson Desert.Contact the artist.

Cath Brophy is a mixed media artist, who creates large-scale drawing installations on paper. Brisbane born, Cath has lived and traveled extensively overseas, completing her BA in Visual Arts at Middlesex University in London. She obtained her Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary School Teaching) from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane in 1999 and has many years experience teaching both in schools and in Technical and Further Education Colleges both in Australia and in England. In 2009 Cath completed her Masters of Fine Art (Drawing) at the National Art School, Sydney, where she currently works as a sessional lecturer. Simon Brown is a concept artist, sculptor and character designer for movies like “Happy Feet”. He is a former Disney and Warner Bros animator. Sue Buckle is a ceramic artist and ceramic art teacher currently specialising in working with children. Her work has sold in Australia and overseas. She is also a writer and was editor of the Journal of Australian Ceramics (Pottery in Australia magazine) from 1999-2000. CHOUNG, Kwirak
Kwirak studied ceramics at National Art School, and later gained an MA (by research) from Monash University. He specialises in high temperature stoneware ceramics, especially anagama (a woodfire kiln) firing technique. Ruth is a practising 3D mixed media artist and a public artist. She won the People’s Choice Prize in the National Sculpture Prize 2002 at the National Gallery of Australia. She currently has two touring solo exhibitions which have been shown in 12 Australian Regional Galleries and 3 venues in the USA. Ruth runs workshops in association with the touring exhibitions. Ruth studied at the National Art School, Orban Studios, Workshop Arts Centre, Sydney University of Fine Arts, Pratt Centre New York, sculpture workshops in Sweden and Mexico and papermaking in Japan. Since 1964 she has had 40 solo exhibitions in Australia, New Zealand, London and Japan. In 2006 Fairbairn won the Calleen Acquisitive Award, Cowra Art Gallery. He has also won Art on The Rocks (2003), the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize (2002) and the Dobell Drawing Prize (1999). GOLDIN, Barbara
Barbara studied Fine Arts at the Sorbonne, Paris, and obtained a Certificate in Advanced Art and Craft in Jewellery and Lapidary at O’Halloran Hill College, Adelaide. She has also worked as a mosaic artist. In 1978 Barbara migrated to Australia from South Africa. She has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in painting both in South Africa and Australia. Her work is found in corporate and private collections here and overseas. In 1985 she began teaching painting, drawing and ceramics at various art centres.
