Various methods of Relief Printmaking both European and Japanese will be explored and at times carried through to producing a hand printed artist book. Each student will work independently, developing a variety of relief techniques and fostering their own artistic expression at their own pace. Printing will be done by hand using the relief baren and on the studio presses. A variety of papers will be explored along with non toxic studio practises. All skill levels - beginners welcome. Some material included.
