Term 1 will only run for 8 weeks at a cost of $406. Using the continuity of weekly tuition these 4 hour classes will stimulate your own individual art practice in mixed media. Lessons are structured to allow plenty of time for help with individual projects and personal development. However the workshop will be disciplined and structured incorporating exercises, group discussions and critiques, and demonstrations of useful mixed media techniques.

Students will work at their own pace, learning to transform ideas and inspirations into jewellery. In this course valuable jewellery making techniques will be developed, while the nature of the materials will be explored. A materials list will be supplied at the first class. Cheryl Maloney will be taking this course in Term 1.

6 - 12 years. We provide the materials and the young artist’s imagination does the rest. Images of works by famous artists plus fun kids’ world of props keeps our young artists enthused and inspired. Basic 2D shapes to 3D, light and shade, colour, patterns, perspective, animals, the figure, nature, mythological creatures - we can do it all!

Exploring Art

6 - 12 years. We have fun with our exploration of painting, collage, mono prints and sculpture. Children create images through exploring a variety of media and techniques. Using pencil, charcoal, acrylics, oil pastels, color crayon & clay modelling, we explore form, colour and design. Children create images using quality materials to increase their confidence and discover their own artistic flair.
