How To Enrol & Pay


Term Courses:
You can enrol online or through the office via phone, email or in person.
You are welcome to contact the teachers directly to discuss the course outline. Teachers contact details are listed in their course description.
Please complete an enrolment form either online or in the brochure and return to the office.
Payment in full will confirm your enrolment and is required before commencing the term.
We do not currently have an online payment facility. You can pay with Visa or MasterCard over the phone or at the office with EFTPOS, cash or cheque during business hours.
Enrolment is dependent on availability. Minimum enrolments are required for courses.
Costs quoted are for a term's tuition (9 weeks). You will need to provide your own art materials (except for children's classes – materials are included)
Contact the teacher for a materials list and to check if there are any additional fees eg. model/firing fees.

Priority bookings: Current students have priority to re enrol for the following term. Students are requested to re-enrol with the office in week 7 of the current term.

Refunds: Please choose carefully as fees are non-refundable. Refunds on course fees will only be given if the course is cancelled or a place is not available in the course. Full payment must be made prior to commencement of the course. The Workshop Arts Centre cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' personal circumstances that prevent attendance. No deductions or refunds are available to students who miss classes.

Please note: Only students enrolled may attend courses. Tax invoices are available upon request. The Centre is closed on public holidays. Should your class fall on a public holiday, you will be advised of a replacement class date. There are no child minding facilities available at the centre. The Workshop Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for children before or after classes.

WH&S: All studios require covered shoes. Open toed shoes are not permitted.

Privacy: The Workshop Arts Centre aims to protect your personal information. The Centre will only disclose your personal information to your course teacher.
